Lora Mathis

Bio

Lora Mathis is a poet, artist, and the author of the book of poems, The Snakes Came Back (Metatron, 2023.) She will be showing sculpture, video, installation, and mixed media works in the two-person show Here But Not Here (MRKT Gallery, San Francisco). Born in Southern California, she grew up between there and the rural outskirts of Montréal. She lives in Oakland.
