Vocalist and guitarist Alicia Bognanno is the frontperson for the Nashville band, Bully. They released their second album, Losing, in 2017 on Sub Pop. Bognanno, who got her start at Steve Albini’s Electrical Audio studio while in college, produced it. Here, she discusses how focus, discipline, and time management can help you avoid burning out.
