Amanny Ahmad is a Palestinian-American artist, chef, and plant enthusiast. She doesn’t really live anywhere, but returns to New York more often than anywhere else. She’s usually best reached on the internet while moving around in pursuit of food- and plant-related activities, especially foraging, cooking, fermentation, and recording and preserving indigenous knowledge.
