Brooks Headley

Bio

Brooks Headley is the owner/operator of Superiority Burger in the East Village. He used to be a pastry chef at a few fancy restaurants. He’s written two cookbooks, and is obsessed with focaccia. His newest book, Superiority Burger Cookbook: The Vegetarian Burger is now Delicious, is out in June of 2018. He lives in New York City.
