Bio

Dan Wriggins is a songwriter, musician, and poet from Maine, now based in Philadelphia. He records and tours with the band Friendship. His debut poetry collection, Prince of Grass, was released by Dear Life Records in 2024. Wriggins’ writing operates in the charged space between closeness and separation. His work collects fragments floating in every direction—from images, to gestures, to stray lines—and lets them accumulate until they feel inevitable, shaped less by explanation than by instinct and precision.
