Danny Elfman
Bio
Danny Elfman is an Emmy- and Grammy Award-winning musician and composer known for scoring such beloved films as Pee Wee’s Big Adventure, The Nightmare Before Christmas and Good Will Hunting, among many others. He also created the indelible themes for The Simpsons and Desperate Housewives. In the 1970s, he was a member of the musical theater group the Mystic Knights of Oingo Boingo, from which he formed the new wave/ska band Oingo Boingo in 1979. In 2021, he released a double album of uncharacteristically heavy industrial-metal music entitled Big Mess.
