David Sampethai

Bio

David Sampethai is an artist based in Athens, Greece. He paints, collaborates with musicians to make soundtracks for his exhibitions and on occasion writes short stories, poems and little observations to accompany his paintings. Sometimes he feels like a filmmaker disguised as a painter. For each show, he strives to build worlds out of personal associations. He also runs the artist book publishing house Hideout Editions.
