Eloisa Amezcua

Bio

Eloisa Amezcua is a working poet who works with other poets. Her prize-winning debut collection of poetry, From the Inside Quietly, was published in 2018. This year she launched Costura Creative, an agency that represents and books a whole host of esteemed contemporary poets. She is also the founding editor of the poetry journal The Shallow Ends. She is from Arizona; the desert and its flora shows up regularly in her work, as does family, pain, motion, and memory. She is a curious and enthusiastic person and now lives in Columbus, Ohio.
