Bio

Eric Steuer is a writer and musician based in the Bay Area. Formerly an editor at WIRED and the Creative Director at Creative Commons, his writing has appeared in The New York Times Magazine, Rolling Stone, California Sunday, Make Magazine, and more. He hosts the podcast Actual Facts for MovieMaker Magazine, interviewing documentary filmmakers about their work. As a musician, he releases music with Meanest Man Contest and under the names Erik Solo and Factual Acts.
