Geoff Rickly is the lead singer and songwriter for the long-running emo group Thursday and the rock band No Devotion. His first book, the autofictional novel Someone Who Isn’t Me, is loosely based on his experiences with heroin addiction and ibogaine, a psychoactive drug that can be used in addiction recovery.
