Bio

Jason Evans is an Australian-born, New York-based, filmmaker and curator. For the past 16 years he has put together online art archive This Long Century, a collection of personal reflections by artists, filmmakers, photographers, writers, and poets the world over. He programs an irregular film series, free to watch, as part of Ecstatic Static and in the past has organized screenings at Metrograph (New York), Rockaway Film Festival (New York), and Now Instant Image Hall (Los Angeles), as well as the Criterion Channel.
