Jason Lamb is an author, radio show host and former stand-up comedian. He is the co-host of Dylan & Jason in the Morning on The Zone, 91.3 in Victoria, British Colombia. NoMeansNo: From Obscurity to Oblivion: An Oral History is his first book. In it, Lamb details the history of the Canadian punk band NoMeansNo, which was formed in Victoria in 1979 by brothers Rob and John Wright and was active until 2016. He conducted over 500 interviews for the book, including with the founding brothers. Comedian Fred Armisen wrote the foreword.
