JD Souther is an American singer and songwriter. In addition to releasing solo albums in a variety of different genres, he is responsible for writing or co-writing some of the most popular songs of the past three decades, including hit songs with James Taylor (“Her town, too”), Linda Ronstadt (“Faithless Love” “Prisoner in Disguise”), and—most famously—the Eagles, “Best of My Love,” “Heartache Tonight,” and “New Kid in Town.” He will be on tour throughout 2019.
