Jewel Staite

Bio

Jewel Staite recently completed the fourth season of the hit drama series Family Law. Best known for portraying Kaylee in the cult classic Fox series Firefly, Jewel also starred in the feature film adaptation Serenity, which was released by Universal Pictures. Jewel has been featured as a lead Guest Star on NBC’s revival Quantum Leap, as well as ABC’s hit series The Good Doctor, NBC’s Blindspot, SyFy’s The Magicians, and The CW’s Legends of Tomorrow. Prior to this, she starred as Caroline Swift on the hit AMC series The Killing opposite Joel Kinnaman. Other select television credits include starring on The CW series LA Complex, as well as SyFy’s hit series Stargate: Atlantis. Jewel recently starred alongside Brian Austin Green in the feature film Chasing Midnight, set for release in 2024.
