Joe DeNardo and Paul Felten

Bio

Joe DeNardo has directed and photographed various films around music and performance, and most recently co-directed Slow Machine. He has been a member of the band GROWING since 2001. Originally from outside Chicago, DeNardo studied lens media and experimental music at The Evergreen State College and currently lives and works in New York City.

Paul Felten is a screenwriter and filmmaker based in Brooklyn. A former director of the Olympia Film Festival, he is a Sundance Screenwriters Lab fellow and a recipient of the San Francisco Film Society’s Hearst Screenwriting Grant. He has also contributed writing on film to The Brooklyn Rail, 4columns.org, and Metrograph Journal. Slow Machine is his first movie as sole screenwriter and co-director.
