John Carroll Kirby

Bio

John Carroll Kirby is a producer, composer, and pianist who has worked with Frank Ocean, Miley Cyrus, Harry Styles, and Eddie Chacon, among others. His work on Solange Knowles’ 2016 album A Seat at the Table helped earn a Grammy for the single “Cranes in the Sky,” on which he played synthesizer. He wrote and produced the soundtrack for the 2021 animated film Cryptozoo. He has also released several solo albums, the latest of which is entitled Blowout.
