Juliana Latif
Bio
Juliana Latif is the Executive Chef at Zou Zou’s, a Middle Eastern restaurant in New York City, where her duties include recipe development, food research, and teaching and collaborating with the entire kitchen staff. The youngest of eleven children in a Lebanese-Palestinian-Jordanian household, she grew up surrounded by food, from her family’s home to their grocery store and restaurant in West Hartford, Connecticut. She honed her craft in culinary school, as well as the “tough and intense” kitchen of the Michelin-starred Nomad Hotel.
