Shanna Merola and Kate Levy are visual artists, photojournalists/filmmakers, and activists. They are currently preparing a book, Bill of Rights, that brings together photographs, data, poems, and legal letters from Merola, Levy, and long-term residents of Detroit and Flint, Michigan from the past few years.
