Kathleen Dycaico

Bio

Kathleen Dycaico is a director in New York, working in music video, short film, and performance. Most recently she has directed music videos for Boy Harsher, Boy Harsher x Rabit, QUALIATIK, and Leya. Previously a partner and Residency Coordinator at experimental performance studio Otion Front Studio, and partner at Brooklyn art space Secret Project Robot, she has also curated performance at Mana Contemporary and MoMA PS1. Dycaico has performed on tour and in New York with musician KINLAW; and performed both with FlucT and separately with Monica Mirabile and Sigrid Lauren. She has appeared in Dazed, Cultured, and Brooklyn Magazine as a part of the close community of New York artists she loves so well. Upcoming projects include directing a second music video for Leya, and performing as a lead in Hunter Hunt-Hendrix’s black metal opera at REDCAT in Los Angeles.
