Kiki Slugqueen

Bio

Kiki Slugqueen is a drag performer who connects with audiences through Queer Readings: intuitive one-on-one conversations that offer guidance and insight through personal objects and symbols. Kiki performs at parties, drag shows, festivals, and most recently for a week-long residency in The Standard Hotel’s NO BAR in New York City. Kiki is the drag persona of Kieran Murray, a Pennsylvania-born, NYC-raised, Puerto Rico-based artist, strategic consultant, and organizer. Outside of performing as Kiki, Kieran works as a co-director of the grassroots agricultural non-profit El Departamento de la Comida, supporting farmers and food producers in Puerto Rico.
