Nadine Michelberger

Bio

Nadine and Tom Michelberger are the founders of the Michelberger Hotel in Berlin, as well as a variety of creative projects and businesses that have evolved from it. The two are also co-founders (along with Justin Vernon, and Aaron and Bryce Dessner) of PEOPLE, an independent digital platform where the music from recordings, sessions, and live events—as well as visual art, podcasts, and essays—can find a home. The site provides an artist-lead, independent environment by giving the contributors the ability to provide the context for all the work that appears there. Though the platform will launch officially in August, a beta version is available now → beta.p-e-o-p-l-e.com.

This August will mark the 2nd installment of the PEOPLE festival, which the Michelbergers helped to organize.
