Bio

Tanisha (Nish) Arthur is a specialty coffee professional from Unity, Saskatchewan, currently based between NYC and Montréal. Over the past 10 years, they have worked across North America with Transcend Coffee & Roastery, Café Odessa (which they co-own), and Variety Coffee Roasters, alongside freelancing as a consultant. In 2024, they founded Hot Stuff, a Nordic-style roasting, consulting, and education business. They’re also a drummer, but that’s another gig.
