Polly Stenham

British playwright Polly Stenham wrote her first play, That Face, in 2007 when she was 19 years old. The critically-beloved play would open at the Royal Court before going on to be produced on London’s West End and eventually running at New York’s Manhattan Theatre Club. In the years since Stenham has written three more plays, in addition to adapting her own work for the screen and working alongside director Nicolas Winding Refn as a writer on his 2016 film, The Neon Demon. She is currently working on an adaptation of The Odyssey for Britain’s National Theatre.
