René Kladzyk

Bio

René Kladzyk is a musician and award-winning journalist. Performing under the moniker Ziemba, her new album The Braid comes out October 2nd. Coming up in Brooklyn’s DIY scene, René has performed and held artistic residencies in institutions like MoMA Ps1, Pioneer Works, and the French Institute in Fez, Morocco, while also finding safe haven in dive bars and house shows. Her investigative reporting has been published in outlets including Mother Jones, Rolling Stone, TIME, The Texas Observer, and she currently works as a senior investigator at The Project On Government Oversight.
