Bio

Sun Noor is a Somali-Canadian writer, photographer, and social media editor based out of Montreal. Driven by her passion for music and art, she founded an independent music blog called For the Record in 2018, which serves as a digital alt-weekly and newsletter. Her writing mostly observes the larger conversations taking place within the current cultural zeitgeist in relation to music.
