Bio

Thu Pham Buser is a New York City-based food and drink stylist, chef, and recipe developer. Her work can be found across magazines, advertisements, and cookbooks for some of the world’s biggest brands. She grew up always underfoot in her parents’ busy restaurant built into the side of their home in Saigon, Vietnam. She runs “Ăn Cỗ,” a limited banquet series that features little-known regional delicacies and food arts from across Vietnam.
