Tyler Bates

Bio

Tyler Bates is a composer and musician known for his work on the John Wick and Guardians of the Galaxy franchises, along with such films as The Devil’s Rejects, Watchmen, and Halloween (2007). In the 90s, he played guitar in the alternative rock band Pet. Most recently, he produced Starcrawler’s She Said, played in Alice In Chains guitarist Jerry Cantrell’s solo band, and collaborated with Chelsea Wolfe on the score to the acclaimed Ti West horror film X—and with Timothy Williams on the score to its prequel, Pearl.
