Yolonda Ross

Yolonda Ross is an American actress, writer, and director who was born and raised in Omaha, Nebraska. Over the past 20 years she has appeared in numerous films and television shows including New York Undercover, Treme, Go For Sisters, Stranger Inside, Four, Whitney, and The Get Down. She currently stars on Showtime’s The Chi, a series created by Lena Waithe that chronicles life in a particular neighborhood in the South Side of Chicago.
